The Bude Canoe Experience is now the Bideford Canoe Experience!
Paddling on the River Torridge is totally different to the canal. Moving water, wild banks with very few people lots of wildlife and great scenery.
At the moment I’m only running 3 trips this year, one in May, July and August.

I have had a few lovely msgs about how the Bude Canoe Experience will be missed. Thank you for these. I will miss being on the canal! Unfortunately the logistics of working at the canal were just too difficult with the amount of time I now have available. It was a very difficult decision to make. However the cogs are turning and I am hoping that I will be able to offer monthly canoe experiences at another location. Watch this space.

Due to changes in circumstances the Bude Canoe Experience will not be reopening in 2025. It has been such a pleasure taking you all canoeing over the years and we have such fond memories!
