So proud of these wonderful lot who raced this weekend
(+the other 3 who I forgot to mention from Birmingham 😂)
- 1st solos. Absolute grafter, serious runner and a brilliant foundation to build off from first solo race… loads more to come if he can get any time off football 😂king kylie is here to stay…
- 1st doubles. The short time I had coaching with rhon before her Hyrox figured one thing, she’s an absolute animal of mass destruction. Not many people have the determination and energy despite severe sleep deprivation😂 fantastic rhon!
- 1st doubles. The other half of Rhon! Nath has been part of the team for a while now, and is a seriously impressive lifter and an incredible all round functional athlete. But my Lord trying to get this man to run is a challenge 😅 the thought of a treadmill strikes fear into his bones.
1st doubles - insane runner. That’s it. Has serious potential in the Hyrox world. Came into it with his best pal and absolutely smashed it. After a solid few months of nailing the stations they had a great crack of the whip! Definitely more to come from KT.
1st doubles. Shin splints final boss. Came to me having basically never ran, and from that built a strong foundation to build into his next race in the new year. He’s earned some well deserved time off from 5am threshold runs though… I’m sure my favourite mortgage advisors have a lot to give in the game.
1st solos. My absolute superstar. This man had a up and down prep, but my lord did he find a way to blow his first race out the water. Also another one who has nightmares of a treadmill (but in fairness had just finished marathon prep). But now onto athx for this one, with a goal of building some strength and putting on some size. 🤩
Well done you absolute beauts. Coaching you all is a pleasure.
100% energy, 100% effort, 100% of the time.
Onto the next # # #
(Message to join the team, best decision of your life x)

ROX BHAM
Wasn’t the sub 70 that I wanted but still a 90s PB!
Didn’t ever really turn the hurt on with the stations which ultimately cost me long term… but with that came some good runs.
4.18K avg which is a huge improvement on 🏴
A big 6 weeks now to build for sub 70 in LUNDUN.
Lots of burpees.
Lots of wall balls.
Unreal little weekend. Seeing all the G4 family giving it beans is a beautiful thing to watch.
some absolute warriors. 🫡
And a luhly little relay on the Sunday with a 3.30K and a 2.00 sled push 😵💫
But as always I leave with a new fire to go and do more.

Some incredible effort from the Hyrox coaching crew!
These are the guys with races soon approaching and some of them heading into the last 4 weeks of training.
The time, effort and energy these folks have put into there training is commendable and today was just proof they can put it into practice on the big stage. And I’m so excited to see them reap the rewards in Birmingham/London.
Lots was learnt this afternoon and great to see the improvements beginning to shine through!
Well done you wonderful lot 🫡
Thanks to for the incredible space and all 😍

12 WEEKS IS ALL YOU NEED!
12 weeks of efficient Periodised training will put you in the driving seat to smash your first HYROX. Or to shave precious seconds off your time.
As someone who came from nothing…
I went from a bench press warrior Who had never ran, never done any HYROX movements and was a bit of a tubster. to breaking 60 mins in my 2nd ever Hyrox. All in 5 months of training.
I trained in every way possible, and failed so many times. But with that I’ve learnt so many valuable lessons, and paired with countless hours spent studying the art of performance coaching, I really do believe that I can help YOU perform.
I’ve currently got a 2 spaces available to me for 12 weeks programming. Get on board.
Fully personalised to you, constant support. periodised and designed to take you to your destination.
Take the mystery out of your training. And your goals are just round the corner 🫡
DM for more info! Always happy for questions 🫶
Are you ROX ready?

🏴
Really fun race, wanted to go out and enjoy the moment and not put any pressure on time. And glad I did that.
Unlike Berlin, I had a bit more to give on the runs and some of the stations. (Bar the wall balls nearly killed me) I was really reserved to start to prevent the ever so common blow up and maybe pushed the dial slightly too far the other way 🤸♀️
But all a learning curve and so glad I did it, so many little lessons and weaknesses highlighted.
So excited to go all in this off season.
Time to give 100% and see what I can do🤔
Also had to make this black and white becuase I’m so pale the lights reflected off me. 👻
Running round a rugby stadium was also class, never made it rugby becuase I was far to handsome so this is the closest I could get to playing on the big stage 🖼️
