Progressive overload isn’t complicated. It’s just doing a bit more over time. Whether that’s reps, sets, range, control, or weight. Keep it simple and you’ll keep progressing.

If you’re going straight into pressing without waking up your shoulders, don’t be surprised when they start feeling tight or sore.
This warm-up only takes 5 minutes and will make your upper body feel 10x better before you train:

• Banded external rotations
• Banded chest flys

My weekly food shop to fuel muscle growth and hit my macros. Didn’t need to pick up a few staples like milk, butter, and frozen fruit this week. Let me know if there’s anything I should add👀💪 food
