🚶‍♀️ COMING SOON – Wednesday Wellbeing Walks 🚶‍♂️

We’re excited to be launching our Wednesday Wellbeing Walks, starting on Wednesday 5th August from Start-Yard, Birkenhead.

Walking is one of the simplest ways to improve your health and wellbeing. Regular walks can:

💚 Improve heart health and circulation
🧠 Boost your mental wellbeing and reduce stress
💪 Increase fitness, strength and energy levels
😴 Improve sleep quality
🤝 Help you meet new people and reduce feelings of isolation

Our walks are open to everyone, whatever your age or fitness level. Whether you’re looking to get more active, improve your wellbeing or simply enjoy a walk and a chat, we’d love for you to join us.

We’ll be setting off from Start-Yard, who are kindly supporting this initiative, and there’ll be an opportunity to stay for a drink and a chat afterwards.

Today we’re welcoming over 250 children and young people across five camps, giving young people the opportunity to stay active, make new friends, build confidence and have fun throughout the summer holidays.

Every child attending also receives a healthy, nutritious meal, thanks to our fantastic partners at NEO Community helping to ensure no child goes hungry while enjoying a day packed with activities.

A huge thank you to Edsential & Wirral Council, who make days like this possible. We can’t wait for an incredible summer! 💙

Membership includes:

On a serious note, we’ve had one question more than any other this week…

“Can I just stay here all day because it’s cooler than my house?” 😂

Unfortunately, no camping is allowed in the gym…

But if you’re looking for somewhere cool to escape the heat for a couple of hours, you might as well get a workout in while you’re here! 💪
