Lots of fantastic energy in Ladies class last night! 🥊

Ladies worked on a rear choke escape, before putting it into a reaction-based drill that also brought in some pad work. It’s one thing practising a technique when you know exactly what’s coming — quite another having to recognise it and react when your attention is somewhere else! 👊🥋

Then we changed the pace completely with a bit of Surfing Ninjas! 🏄‍♀️😂

A couple of our mums have watched their Little Leaders doing this challenge and decided they wanted a turn too, so of course I had to let them have a go! Safe to say there was plenty of balance, strength, determination and a LOT of laughing involved. 🤣

A really lovely mix tonight of self-defence, fitness, reactions and fun😉❤️

It’s so easy to talk yourself out of training… too tired, too busy, had a long day, can’t be bothered tonight. We’ve all done it! ❤️

But you also know how good you feel once you’ve actually walked through that door, got moving and finished the class. 💪🥊

So if you’re sitting there thinking of an excuse not to come tonight… this is your sign to ignore it. 😄

🥊 WHAT A CLASS TONIGHT! 🥊

Definitely a sweaty one! 😂🔥

Tonight’s Ladies Class was all about reactions, movement, striking and thinking on the spot with some fast-paced pad work that had everyone working with different partners and staying switched on throughout. 👊

We then took things to the mats, working on basing and sprawling, which very quickly turned into one serious workout! 😅💦

Loads of effort, loads of laughs and such a brilliant atmosphere as always. ❤️🖤

These ladies work hard, support each other and still somehow manage to smile for the photo afterwards! 😂

Strong women. New skills. Great people. One very sweaty Thursday night! 🥋🔥
