For the rest of the summer we are running lessons/taster sessions every Friday afternoon 2pm & 3pm.

Sessions are £30 per person and are all instructor led.

We’ve got another exciting collaboration coming up!

‘Laughter & Löyly’ sessions with Elements Sauna & Wave Holistic Healing at the Hub!

❤️Welcome to Laughter & Löyly❤️

Noreen invites you on a journey of movement, laughter and play, with grounding breathwork and meditation. A beautiful combination of experiences to bring more joy & flow. Which is both energising and relaxing.

Lightening the load, reducing stress, leaving you feeling lighter and brighter. Bringing communal joy and relaxation ✨️🙏

No experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to join in.

This uplifting, heart-led embodied experience will be hosted by Noreen on the outdoor space next to the lake or the stage area at the Hub, with an optional Sauna and Swim ( Löyly! )

She will be hosting 2 sessions;

11am & 12pm
So you can have an amazing Sauna & Swim then join this beautiful playful experience! Or vice versa depending times.

The cost for my session is £10, in addition cost to booking with Elements Sauna for your Löyly experience for a beautiful Sauna & Dip session.

Spaces are limited, so let us know if you would like to join us.
