🎙️ Martin Gray reacts to a hard-fought 3-2 win away at Birtley Town.
The manager felt Birtley caused the Blues plenty of problems during a difficult first half, but Bishop regrouped at the break, made changes and took much greater control of the game during the second 45 minutes.
Martin discusses dealing with adversity, the experience within the dressing room, improved game management after half-time and another important three points on the road.
Attention now turns to Saturday and an FA Cup trip to Crook Town.
