⛳ CAPTAIN'S DAY 2026 — what a day! ⛳

The fancy dress was out in full force on Saturday as Blackburn Golf Club members teed off for another unforgettable Captain's Day! 😄
From afro wigs to hot-pink hair and full-on tartan get-ups, our members certainly didn't hold back on the style front. A massive thank you to everyone who dressed up, got stuck in, and threw themselves into the spirit of the day.

We were also treated to some cracking entertainment. The brilliant Mickey Toons had everyone in stitches with his caricatures (some a little closer to the truth than others 👀), while comedian Stan Boardman and FIFA agent Mike Berry popped along to join the fun.
Great golf, great company, and plenty of laughs — this is exactly what club days are all about. 🏌️‍♂️

A huge thank you to our Captain, the organisers, and every member who made it such a memorable one. Roll on the next! 👏

☀️ Captain's Breakfast | Saturday 11th July

A great start to the weekend as our Captain welcomed members for the latest Captain's Breakfast before heading out onto the course.

With a full English, plenty of coffee and even better company, it was the perfect way to catch up with friends, share a few laughs and prepare for a day's golf.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our clubhouse team for another excellent breakfast and warm hospitality.

We look forward to seeing even more members at the next Captain's Breakfast.
