Kirsty almost didnβt send me these holiday bikini photos because she was focusing on the things she still wants to improve.
So I reminded her of something importantβ¦
A year ago, these photos would have been the goal.
As women, weβre often far too quick to criticise ourselves and far too slow to celebrate how far weβve come. We spend so much time looking for the next thing to improve that we forget to acknowledge what weβve already achieved.
So Iβm doing it for her!
A huge well done to Kirsty!! You look absolutely fabulous, and you should be incredibly proud of yourself. ππ₯
The best part? This hasnβt come from spending hours and hours in the gym or faddy, unrealistic dieting.
Kirsty has achieved this by

2 solo gym workouts per week following her personalised programme, regularly updated by our team

Attending 1 small group PT session each week
β
Tracking her calories consistently
β
Hitting the protein target we worked out specifically for her body and goals
No extremes. No restricting her favourite foods and drinks. Just consistency, support, and trust in the process.
Progress isnβt about being perfect. Itβs about showing up, week after week, and giving yourself credit for how far youβve come π

We say it all the time in the gym β and this new study backs it up β¦. Exercise isnβt just about weight loss or looking good, itβs about living longer, staying healthier, and maintaining your independence as you get older.
Recent research shows that lifting weights & staying active through middle age can significantly reduce the risk of early death. Strength training is especially important, helping to maintain muscle, bone strength, balance, and overall health as we age.
So when weβre asking you for those squats, deadlifts, presses and endless push ups, thereβs a reason for it! πͺ
