Plenty of golfers work on start line by using gate drills, which no have a time and place. However, i’ve noticed that some golfers get so fixated on getting the ball through the gate they become tentative.

Using the T-Line the agenda is to roll the ball down the length of the training aid. Ball falls off left side, face closed. Ball falls off right side, face open.

Roll down the length, face is square to intended target increasing chances of holing more putts.

This player came to me struggling with an uncontrollable left miss.

We focused on maintaining a straighter lead arm in the follow-through to manage face rotation and tighten dispersion. When the arm collapses, the face shuts faster → pulls & hooks. Keep it extended and you’ll control curvature, not fight it.

Key feels to try:

* Lead arm long + wide through the strike
* Chest keeps turning past impact
* Handle exits left & up, not around your body
