If you're going to feel the real benefit of hyperbaric oxygen, it's worth doing it properly, and that means a wave of treatment rather than the odd one-off. A planned course lets the changes build session on session, and that's where people notice the difference in energy, recovery and sleep.

So we've made the course the sensible choice. Buy your sessions as a points pack and you save up to 20% off the single-session price ( Breakthrough pack). One payment, your whole run of sessions sorted, and a lower cost every time you come in. The more you commit, the more you save.

Points are transferrable across all wellness disciplines

Top up your points in the app and book whenever suits you. Simple.

Fancy trying it? Here's how to start.

One session is £90 for 60 minutes, or £130 for 90. But here's the thing worth knowing: oxygen works best as a wave of treatment, not a one-off. A planned course lets the benefits build up session on session, which is where people really notice the difference in energy, recovery and sleep.

That's exactly why we do points packs. Buy your sessions as a pack and you save up to 20%, so committing to a proper course costs you less per visit. It's the smart way to do it.

Ready when you are. Book in the app, search Team Breakthrough, or give us a call and we'll talk you through it.

Tired all the time? The answer often sits inside your cells, in the mitochondria, the tiny power plants that turn oxygen and food into energy. Run down or getting older, and some of them wear out and go sluggish. Everything starts to feel like harder work.

Here's how the three tools go after that.

HBOT is the clever one. In a session you breathe pure oxygen, then take short "air breaks" back to normal air. That rise-and-dip pattern, what researchers call the hyperoxic-hypoxic paradox, seems to signal the body to clear out the tired, dead mitochondria, build fresh new ones, and get the survivors producing energy more efficiently. More power plants, running cleaner.

Red light works on those same mitochondria from the outside, feeding the part that makes the energy. And cold exposure fires noradrenaline and switches on PGC-1alpha, the master signal behind building new mitochondria in the first place.

Three tools, one job: cells that make energy the way they're meant to.

Your skin is the biggest organ you've got, and it heals the same way everything else does: with oxygen and blood supply.

Under pressure in the chamber, your blood carries far more oxygen than usual, and it reaches the small vessels near the surface of the skin. Research shows that kind of oxygen boost encourages new blood vessels to form and fresh collagen to be laid down, which is exactly what skin needs to repair itself and stay firm.

That's why it's studied for wound healing, scars and recovery, and why it pairs so well with our red light. Two ways of feeding the skin what it needs to rebuild.

Wellbeing support, not medical treatment. Always speak to your GP about a health condition.

Anti-ageing you can actually feel, not just measure.

Deep down, ageing shows up in your cells: telomeres, the protective caps on your DNA, shorten over time, and worn-out "zombie" cells build up. Hyperbaric oxygen is being studied for its effect on both, driving oxygen-rich repair right down to that level.

What does that look like day to day? Firmer, fresher skin as new collagen and blood supply feed the surface. Better energy. Easier recovery. Cells doing their job the way younger ones do.

Old on the inside, younger on the markers that matter. That is the goal.

HBOT does not just repair what you can see. It repairs from the inside out.

The same oxygen-driven process that helps your skin also works deep in the body. Raised oxygen encourages new blood vessels to feed healing tissue, and it fuels fibroblasts, the cells that lay down fresh collagen. That supports the recovery of skin, scars and wounds on the outside, and rebuilds structure on the inside.

It pairs beautifully with red light too: surface and depth, working together.

our gut runs low on oxygen when it is inflamed. Here is where the research is looking.

An inflamed bowel is often a low-oxygen environment. By raising the amount of oxygen reaching it, hyperbaric therapy is being studied for how it supports the gut lining's own repair and blood supply, and how it shifts the microbial balance, making things harder for harmful bugs while supporting a healthier mix. Studies in inflammatory bowel disease have linked it to lower inflammatory markers.

Some very positive research emerging on UC and inflammatory bowel disease ( always consult your doc)

our brain is an oxygen furnace. Here is why researchers are interested.

Your brain uses around a fifth of all the oxygen you take in, despite being a small fraction of your body weight. It is hungry for it. Because hyperbaric oxygen dissolves into the cerebrospinal fluid that bathes your brain and spinal cord, researchers are actively exploring its effects on focus, memory and mental fog, and its potential to support neuroplasticity, the brain's ability to adapt and rewire.

This is an area of active study, not a cure. If you are dealing with a health condition, please speak to your GP.

Flooding the body with dissolved oxygen is just the start. Here is what it sets in motion.

Your repair crew: research shows a course of sessions can raise the number of stem cells circulating in your blood, the body's own building and repair cells.

Blood supply and rebuild: the oxygen-rich environment encourages new blood vessels and supports fibroblasts, the cells that lay down collagen, helping repair tissue inside the body as well as skin.

Calmer inflammation: under pressure, the inflammatory white blood cells that stick to your vessel walls and drive swelling become less sticky, which is linked to lower inflammation.

A cascade of repair, from something as simple as oxygen.
