Vitamin b17 amygdalin otherwise known as laetrile only found in "wild apples " also apricot kernels supermarket apples are hybrids so have very low levels if any ? Why would people eat apple pips or apricot kernels ? Go to cancer research uk !

The cod liver oil scam 😡 many people do not realize they are wasting their hard earned money on cheap "fish oils" in capsules , real "cods liver oil " is light sensitive 🤨 so will come in a dark glass bottle to stop it going "rancid"through uva light ! The green pasture skate liver oil which is fermented costs about £50 ...why ? because its the best so you get all the benefits , but the capsules are long past their best by the time you take them as the liver oil is "light sensitive "🧐 and ..was it liver oil or fish oil.. anyway ? 🧐 you will never know will you ? Believe me if you ever try fermented "skate oil " the taste will linger on your tongue for up to a hour after you took it !

MEET THE SAS OF YOUR GARDEN ! ..Wild foods are stronger than anything you will buy at a store , they are not "hybrids" grown for mass consumption weak and fragile , they are deep rooted sucking up minerals from under the ground so no matter how you poison them ! they always return 🧐 Why not eat them and absorb all those vitamins and minerals ,if they were on a supermarket shelf they would be classed as food , but because there in your garden "there called weeds "😂
