Saturday at . We took a team of kids and Adults, The team spent almost 10 hours coaching, competing, helping each other and guiding the team, thank you to all who stepped up.

Huge shoutout to everyone who competed, win or loss, happy or upset we took away a huge amount of data we can lean on to get better as a team, we couldn't have done it without you ❤️. Onto the next one 💪

How many medals did we get ? I honestly don't know 🤷 genuinely not a data point I'm interested in, more interested in the performance 💪

It's training with coaches like Coach Brett that make you realise how much more you have to learn. Stuff I can normally get away with gets punished or even better shutdown.
