But basically… we are opening our doors to the community on Sunday 13th September 10-2pm. Come down and say hi, come down and have a try!! Everyone welcome, we would love to show you what we have been building this year. Team TK xx
Week 2 camp recap!! We did loads of gym, built forts, ran a leadership camp and tried out some baking for break time!! Thank you everyone that came in the warm weather.

Welcome to our Tk gymnastics fitness room!💪 - available to all spectators (parents+ siblings) with a wide variety of equipment:
-cardio machines
-multi use bar (chest press, rdls , rows, overhead press etc)
- plyometric boxes
- boxing area
- skipping ropes, stretch bands, Pilates rings
We also have workouts on the wall to follow for any beginners or for some inspiration ✨ and video demos coming soon …
