We had an amazing time at our first ever Family Fitness Fun Day on Saturday at North Devon Athletics Club.

The afternoon was full of smiles and laughter alongside teamwork, determination and strength. Whether you completed 1 lap or 12, you all should be proud of yourselves and we hope you had fun 💙.

What made this event even more special was seeing people of all different ages and abilities having a go at all the activities and enjoying themselves.

We would like to say a huge thank you to North Devon Athletics Club, Jerk Training, the Smith family and all our amazing volunteers who helped make this event such a success - we couldn't have done it without you 🥰.

We hope to see you all again next year!

CORNWALL COUNTY XC CHAMPS NEWQUAY SUNDAY 15 NOV 🗓️

Entries are now live & this year MUST be entered on line (link below)

All of the details can be downloaded from there but please note the age group criteria as UKA have changed this again! Your age is at midnight on 31/08/2027

As you will be using League numbering you will need to collect a coloured wrist band to enable us to identify those that have entered when finishing.

👉 This is part of the Westward League where all NDAC athletes have been entered. Those wanting to run in the Cornwall championship need to follow the details above in addition.
The Devon County XC championship will be held in Exeter as part of the same league where similar championship rules apply. A link to enter the Devon County XC Champs will be posted as it becomes available.
