Join Moll Glory for another intensive 1.5 hour full-body flexibility workshop. The class will have something for everyone. You need no previous flexibility experience and the class will focus on increasing your flexibility through active strengthening, whether you are just starting your flexibility journey, trying to reach your oversplits, or even coming back from injury.

You will be guided through a warm up, conditioning exercises, and a series of stretches to increase flexibility in every area of your body and build strength. Moll will help you to keep good alignment in stretches, improving your technique and preventing injury.

This is our first show since the pandemic, and our students have been working so hard honing their pole skills, so we’d love it if you could come and support us!

Celebrating pole and talents of all styles and abilities, you’ll be in for a treat. You may also see one or two spooky routines this close to Halloween….

This year, Gemini Pole Studio is also celebrating our 10th anniversary! We would love for you to come and celebrate our decade long passion for teaching.

***Please note***: There is no age restriction in place for this show. However, some dancers may be dancing to songs that include swear words. There will not be any offensive words or terms allowed. Dancers are also given artistic licence of routine genre/themes, as we as a studio fully support every aspect of Pole, including it’s strip club routes. There will be no nudity or overtly sexual routines, but sexy style is allowed/encouraged. If you want to bring children to this event, please exercise your own judgement.

Gemini Pole Studio is back for 2022 and we could not be more excited! 🥳

Starting this month, we are delighted to annouce that we are running a new 'Intermediates' class on Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm at BHASVIC. The previously mixed ability classes will now be 'Beginners' only.

You may have been previously contacted about moving up to this class, but if you have any questions about whether this is the class for you, please message us!

All January and February classes are now online and ready to book, classes start next week.

Hello Gemini students,

Unfortunately, following on from receiving a positive PCR test for Covid-19, I have to cancel the classes on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 November as I am isolating by law.

I am really sorry about this. If you paid drop-in online I have refunded you. If you used a membership I am returning your credits that you used to book on and extending your memberships by another week so you aren’t impacted by this.

Spinny week has been moved to the next week, and classes are up to book now for the 23/24 November. We hope to see you then.

This Saturday 21st August is our first monthly IN-PERSON flexibility workshop with the incredible Moll Glory at BHASVIC! In this intensive 2-hour workshop Moll will be covering all you need to know about the front splits, from active flexibility, to mobility and strengthening, to help you acheive that perfect split!

The splits is imperative for pole as you advance through the levels as you start to learn harder moves that include the splits or simply the need for more flexibility in general. So come along as the perfect compliment to your pole training!
