Most women think they need to do more in the gym…
More classes.

We’re looking for a Part-Time PT to join our team at Empowered Fitness 💪✨
I’m currently working at a women-focused gym in Bedminster (Bristol) and we’re looking for a Personal Trainer / Coach to join us.
It’s a really supportive, non-intimidating space - perfect for someone who genuinely cares about helping women feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in the gym.
🕒 Hours:
• 8 hours per week
• Thursday (4-hour shift)
• Saturday morning (4-hour shift)
👉 Potential to increase to 12 hours over time
👉 Opportunity to pick up additional shifts / cover when needed
📍 Location: Bedminster, Bristol (BS3)
Would suit someone who:
• Has a Level 3 PT qualification (or working towards it)
• Brings good energy and is reliable
• Enjoys coaching women in a supportive environment
• Is looking to build experience alongside other work
Pay:
