🏉 Misfits XV (3s) - Counties Level 4

Pre-season kicks off Monday 29th June

Training will run:
Monday & Thursday evenings (7pm) until the end of July

From August:
Tuesday & Thursday evenings (7pm)

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

Rugby is built on teamwork, support, and looking out for one another, both on and off the pitch. While the physical side of the game is often what people see, mental well-being is just as important.

Conversations around mental health in sport have come a long way, and continuing to check in with teammates, friends, and family can make a real difference.

No one should feel like they have to tackle difficult moments alone. Together, we can help create a stronger, more supportive community for everyone. 🤝
