FROMESIDE GYM is supporting

🤸‍♀️💙 COACH ALICE’S CHARITY FUNDRAISER! 💙🤸‍♀️

Hi everyone! Tomorrow, Wednesday 23rd September, I’ll be holding a fundraising stall outside the gym as part of my university course, raising money for Access Sport.

💙 About Access Sport

Access Sport is a charity that works to make sport more accessible and inclusive. They support people who may face barriers to taking part in sport and physical activity, helping create opportunities for people of all abilities and backgrounds to get involved.

As someone who loves gymnastics and believes in the positive impact that sport can have, I’m really excited to be fundraising for such a great cause! 🤸‍♀️

🎉 Come and visit my stall!

I’ll have lots of fun ways to get involved:

🧸 Name the Teddy Bear
🍬 Guess the Sweets in the Jar
🎡 Spin the Wheel
💰 Donations welcome!

If you can’t make it to the gym tomorrow but would still like to support me and Access Sport, you can donate through my GoFundMe here:

https://www.justgiving.com/page/accesssport?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL

Every donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much and help me reach my fundraising target! 💙

🌴 There’s no better way to finish the summer holidays and get ready to go back to school than with a Beach Party, gymnastics style! 🏖️🤸‍♀️

Another brilliant and well-organised Quatro Cup by WSG! Wiltshire School Of Gymnastics Our girls loved every minute of it, tried their very best, and supported each other as a team. 💕 All the girls competed new skills they have worked so hard for, and many of them also successfully competed at a higher level for the very first time. What an achievement! 👏

Fromeside took home four team medals 🥉🥉🥉🥉, alongside many individual apparatus medals.👏 We couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of you! ❤️

Fantastic effort with the number boards too! 🌊🏖️

A huge thank you to our coaches, judges and parents for all their support, hard work and encouragement. We couldn’t do it without you! 🙌

Our squad girls have finished their summer training on a real high, showcasing some brilliant gymnastics ❤️

Last week, four of our Performance girls spent an amazing three days at Park Wrekin in Telford! 🤸‍♀️ They worked hard on new progressions, technique and skills, while also having plenty of fun along the way. To come away with 7th and 11th overall out of 42 gymnasts in strength testing, alongside Excel gymnasts and three GB Aspire members, is a brilliant achievement! 👏

Notts Summer Training Camp in Nottingham didn’t disappoint either! Our girls received several pieces of recognition from the High Performance coaches for their fantastic attitude, listening to corrections and achieving new skills. 🌟 And their dance presentation for parents at the end of camp was the perfect cherry on top! 💃❤️

We are so proud of every single one of you — well done, girls! 👏🤸‍♀️
..........................

Just a reminder, that Fromeside will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday . We’ll be back in full swing from Tuesday 1st September with our term-time training programme! 🙌

Bring on the new term! 💪🤸‍♀️
