Running Form Caters for runners of all ability and ages and offers a full Video Gait Analysis service to fit shoes. We also stock track spikes, Minimalist shoes such as Inov8 and Newtons. We stock a wide range of clothing, accessories, orthopaedic insoles and re-habilitation equipment. Physio Form offers Injury and Biomechanical assessments, Treatments and Rehabilitation programmes and Sports Mass

age. Our Physio's are CSP and HPC registered and have many years experience in treatment of sporting and non-sporting injuries.

Running Form has a National Champion!!

Congratulations to our very own Henry Hemmings who today became U18 800m National Champion at the England Athletics. Henry ran the final in a time of 1:52 which is phenomenal. We are incredibly proud that you represent Running Form and we are super excited to welcome you back to work. Well done Henry!
