I run Iyengar Yoga Classes in Praze and Troon. General level, Intermediate level and Chair classes available. Currently I run 2 general level classes.

I also run workshops through the year and offer a Cornish Summer Retreat. Tuesday 7-8.30pm and Friday 9.30-11am at Praze Institute, Praze-an-Beeble. These classes are suitable for most students including beginners. Also I run an Intermediate Class, Tuesday 10-11.30am also at Praze Institute. Students that attend this class have usually practised for 2 years or more. It is a small class so tends to have more of a (very short) workshop feel. It is ideal for those who feel they could be stretched (no pun intended) a little more than in the general classes. Also offer 10 week Pregnancy yoga courses with Kirsty Reps at The Chimes Studio, Sithney.

Loft Studio classes back to the Loft this week, Karen has cleaned and maintained over the last 2 weeks so it’s all looking lovely.

Friday 9.30-11am general class

Classes at Praze Institute 7-8.30pm general

** Late summer workshop with Garth McLean **

This September we welcome Garth to Cornwall for a two-day workshop looking at yoga and the nervous system. Garth offers students safe guidance using the Iyengar method and props to adapt the poses where appropriate.

Students must be self-ambulatory and all levels of ability are welcomed.
