What a brilliant evening of sessions! 🔥

First up was Ronnie — second session in and absolutely smashed it! Co-ordination coming on leaps and bounds — definitely Trainer of the Night tonight mate, well done! 💪

Then it was Demi Priest and Aaron Nock — cracking combination punching and fantastic footwork drills. Looking sharp as a tack and fitness really coming along nicely — absolutely brilliant work from you two! ✨

And to finish — Michael Bird and Jake Knight , both hard at work getting fight-ready. Looking sharp, strong, and hitting those pads beautifully. Can't wait to see these two in action! 🔥

Tonight at Craig Tipton Boxing Academy was great! We kicked things off with a fantastic one-on-one session with James, where we focused on refining techniques and building confidence. Following that, we transitioned into a dynamic group session with all the fighters.

The highlight of the evening was the intense competition between Fin and Ben "Trainers of the Night."

Overall, hard work, dedication, and a true sense of community at the gym!

This morning I had the pleasure of training an incredible group of clients.

Dominic Wright made a great return, smashing his first one-on-one session back after a break. His determination and progress were impressive!

- In our group session, James Taylor and Sam Afc Ruscoe showcased their hard work and commitment, pushing through challenges and supporting each other throughout.

- New client Sam Allen really put in the effort, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. It's exciting to see his potential!

- To wrap up the morning,Dave and James a father-son duo, tackled a tough session together.

Overall, it was a fantastic morning filled with dedication and achievements. Proud of each and every one of you! Keep up the great work! 💪🏽🥊
