The 11th – One of Kent’s Toughest Par 3s ⛳

The 11th hole at Canterbury Golf Club is a true test of precision and nerve.

Playing uphill and measuring between 160–180 yards, this picturesque par 3 demands complete commitment. The elevated green sits waiting, often requiring one more club to account for the steep rise.

Club selection is key — get it right and you’ll give yourself a chance. Get it wrong, and you’ll know about it.

Widely regarded as one of the toughest par 3s in Kent, it’s a hole that challenges every golfer.

As we look ahead to celebrating our Centenary in 2027, we are pleased to now be stocking a limited range of items featuring our special Centenary logo.

The new logo has been created to mark 100 years of Canterbury Golf Club and gives members the opportunity to own something that commemorates this wonderful milestone in the club’s history.

With only limited ranges available, these pieces are a great way to celebrate the occasion and keep a lasting reminder of what promises to be a very special chapter for the club.

⛳ The 14th Hole ⛳

At 321 yards, the 14th may not be the longest par 4 at Canterbury Golf Club, but don't let the yardage fool you.

Playing all uphill, club selection and distance control are key to setting up a scoring opportunity.

Unlike many holes on the course, there are no bunkers to contend with, and once you reach the green you'll find the flattest putting surface on the course.

Get your tee shot in position and a birdie chance is definitely on the cards.
