Busy weekend for with events upon us it was time training started so on Saturday it was Cardiff Park run to kick start the day followed by a supporting roll to Ten Y Fan athletes.. Having spent the evening with Kevin Sinfield last night, thought should post one to make awerness of MND ❤️🧡💙 and that very shortly will be joining the MND ASSOCIATION CARDIFF & VALE BRANCH on there walk at Cosmeston lake on Sunday the 10th of May.. along with making awerness raising some valuable funds along the way... we will announce further fundraising events shortly ❤️🧡💙

to feature at Cardiff Half Marathon after months of frustration our founding Member Paul has declared himself fit to start.. this is what he had to say earlier today...

It's be frustrating I set my goal in January for Cardiff to be my event actually train for it.. I was up to 8 miles before I sustained a back injury in work in May with a few knock on effects but with the help of Seary Physiotherapy Clinic I'm up and running and what's a ni**le compared with what the individual and families go through with MND....
