Round 2 of our lakeside Pilates at Daffodil Hotel & Spa | Grasmere, followed by goodies from Lucia's Coffee + Bakehouse 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

£25 gets you a 50 minute Pilates flows followed by on the lawn of the daffodil, followed by a drink (tea, coffee hot choc, matcha) and bake of your choice (pastries, cinnamon buns, sausage rolls), then you can join me for a wander round Grasmere or Cathrene for a gentle run (totally optional!) ☀️

I had a gorgeousssss tower class at this morning and the fact that I was so in my head before hand got me thinking a lotttt about not only the pressures we put on our selves to look a certain way, but the harm that 'trends' can do. I am all for people showing up to class however they feel best, so if that's with your hair and make up done, in your comfies or in a new activewear set, I really really REALLY don't give a s**t. Come as you are, you are always welcome (and if any studio makes you feel otherwise, find a better studio!)

If anyone is in the East Midlands and fancies a classical class, get yourself to and stop in at afterwards for a refuel 🫶🏻🫶🏻
