Growing English Cricket Bat Willow sets for the future! We have close ties with all our growers one of these is the Freeman family in Ford End, Essex. They grow thousands of sets for us every year and look after them so well with proper fencing, watering and take great care. We do our bit with sprays and w**d control when it is needed but the relationship goes from strength to strength. They have grown mature trees for us for generations see the interview with Jeremy Freeman on our website blogs.

🌿🏏 At J S Wright & Sons, we’re passionate about preserving the legacy of cricket bat willow for generations to come! That’s why every year, we plant more willow trees than we have to in order to meet the growing future demand for this beloved sport’s essential material.
