From 1st September 2026, lesson fees will increase by 50p.
New rates:
• Under 14s – £7.50
• Adults – £8
• All Advanced Classes (Squad / Black Belt / Blue / Purple / Brown) – £8

Top session on kicking tonight. We got airborne with jump spin side kicks as demonstrated by our assistant instructor Julia, with our own world champion Rosh holding that pads.
