New month. New mindset. October golf isn’t about perfection, it’s about persistence.

“The fairway’s wearing orange now,
The trees have changed their clothes,
And every golfer swears the wind
Is stronger than it blows.
Leaves scatter like they’re plotting
To hide your ball from sight,
And every shot you thought was good
Goes missing left and right.
Yet still you stride the autumn course,
A hero on a quest.
Because even in the swirling leaves,
Golf feels its very best.”

There’s nothing quite like a late‑afternoon round at this time of year, that warm golden light, quieter fairways, and the perfect mix of calm and challenge as the sun dips over the course.

But we’re officially on the countdown.

With the end of September in just two weeks, and the clocks due to change next month - golfers only have a short window left to take advantage of our 3pm twilight session before the evenings draw in and winter light takes over.
