It’s a great time to join us for a fun, informal and friendly exercise class! All our classes are suitable for absolute beginners and there’s no level of fitness required, but we know starting pole for the first time can feel very daunting. We currently have the following classes that are perfect for new starters:

- Mondays, 6pm at Dream Fitness (Bognor)
This class has an additional instructor to help beginners get settled

- Tuesdays, 6:30pm at The Body Suite (Chichester)
A specific beginners/intermediates class

- Tuesdays, 7:15 at Arun Leisure Centre (Bognor)
This class has an additional instructor for beginners

- Tuesdays, 7:30pm at Wave (Littlehampton)
A specific beginners class

- Thursdays, 8pm at Windmill (Littlehampton)
A specific beginners class

We’re hosting a one off Self Defence workshop with TAO Dragons at Dream Fitness this Friday at 7:45pm!!

Anyone and everyone is welcome, you don’t need to have any previous experience, any level of fitness or even be taking classes with us to attend.

Come and learn basic methods to defend yourself in a safe, inclusive and friendly environment, perfect as the nights start to draw in!

These are only £7.50 each and are a great chance to come and practice what you’ve learnt in class.

Suitable for anyone who’s been to at least a few lessons so you have some content to go through at your own pace.

Our class at the Sports Centre at Chichester College runs on Thursdays at 8pm every week. It’s mixed ability and a nice, small class so perfect for beginners!
