🧜🏼‍♀️ Training 😍

Coach Daf definitely put us through our paces tonight with some new skills and formations.

We had a great time discussing the future after a fast paced match.

Our newer recruits are also setting a quicker pace for us to try and keep up with! 💨💨

We're all looking forward to our next fixture on Saturday 🧜🏼‍♀️🩵

🧜🏼‍♀️Training🧜🏼‍♀️

What a lovely evening yet again with our favourite people playing Touch Rugby.

Coach put us through our paces, with some short sprints at the start, accurate passing drills and a fun game to end!

Coach Daf does take some stick off us like a champ but I don't know how he manages to come up with these drills every single week and keep us on our toes! The progression is clear and we appreciate all the coaching, reffing and words of calmness that he does. Diolch Coach!! (I'll have that pint off you next week😅)

We also met some wonderfully promising new players tonight who did so so well and showed amazing progress in just one hour! The future is so exciting!!

Now, points for guessing the theme of this week's challenge? Obviously non players and coaches only 😅😅

🧜‍♀️🏉 MERMAIDS MAKE A SPLASH! 🌊💙

We did a thing… and we’re pretty bloomin’ proud of it! 🥹💙

Our Fancy Dress Touch Rugby Tournament was a whole lot of fun, a LOT of questionable outfits… and most importantly, it helped us raise a whopping £600 for St David's Hospice in Llandudno! 🎉🙌

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who played, dressed up, donated, cheered us on and generally embraced the madness! 🫶 Colwyn Bay Rugby Club Colwyn Bay Mens Touch Rugby

We’re so proud to support such an incredible local charity. 💙

£600 raised. Zero boring outfits. One cracking day! 😂🙌

From the Colwyn Bay Mermaids — THANK YOU! 🧜‍♀️💙🏉
