Over the past couple of months I have been awarding our lovely mascots, Miss Precious (as seen in the picture with Lily) and Miss Plum (our lovely Care Bear ballerina) to the P1-3 Ballet dancers to take on adventures at home after good behaviour and listening in class! Here is our lovely Lily baking Halloween themed cookies alongside her friend, Miss Precious. Looks super fun ☺️⭐️

One of our lovely dance mums, Hope, shared the results from our Wednesday stretch class: 384 calories burned!!! It’s surprising to see such a high number from a session focused purely on gentle stretching, holding positions, and flowing mobilisation. Burning calories without realising you are? YES PLEASE! This class is perfect for that midweek reset and also to get moving, regardless of your fitness level! We have space for new movers so please get in touch if this sounds like your cup of tea. ☕️

Next class will be 04/11 19:30-20:15!!

OUR AUTUMN TIMETABLE IS OUT!🍂🍁🥮

This term starts 3rd November and will round up 15th December. There will be NO CLASS 1st December due to a teachers training course I am attending so the total of weeks in this term is 6. (I thought I would make it easier for parents to start the following week that schools go back!)

Please let me know if you or your child is continuing with classes next term so I can attend to my waiting lists!

All classes except for our Thursday Muthill Zumba will be held at St Fillans Church Hall in Crieff as per usual.

As the days are getting colder, I recommend getting your little ones leg warmers, ballet cardigans and anything else to keep them warm for coming in and out of class!

I will also be hosting Pop-Ups for toddlers over the next few months so please get in touch if you are interested.

Unfortunately, there are no DNCR Studio workshops over the October holidays due to other exciting projects and dance work taking up all my precious time however, there will be a Christmas Workshop so keep your eyes peeled for the details on this one! 🎄

This week my lovely creative class had a task all about kindness. We had a ball of yarn and everyone had to pass it to someone and say something they like about them, whether it’s to do with their dance journey or their lovely personalities. Once the yarn was passed around, we set it down and created pathways with the line imprint that we made! This will be developed into movement for our ongoing dance piece we are choreographing together!!

Always so much fun working with my creative team ⭐️
