Berkshire’s first Mum and Baby Back to Netball 👶 👩 🏀

We welcomed our new mums into the session where we did a bit of pelvic floor work, a bit of strength training and the best bit; a bit of netball!

With toys and a safe space for the babies, all our mums were able to take part at their own pace 🥰
