After all that dancing, every class finishes with a cool down! 💪✨

A proper cool down is just as important as the workout itself. Taking time to stretch and gradually lower your heart rate helps aid recovery, improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and leave you feeling refreshed after a fun, energetic session. 🕺💃

It's the perfect way to round off your class! 💜

This June marks 5 years since my very first FitSteps class at Findern Village Hall!

To celebrate, I'd love you to join me at FitSteps on 16th, 18th, or 19th June for a special anniversary class.

What a brilliant day at Ian Waite's workshop in Leicester yesterday! We enjoyed a FitSteps Masterclass and picked up some great rumba technique along the way.
