And that’s our last on the grass for 2026 🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♀️

We’re back at our usual road loop next week with special guests Mizuno UK who will be bringing some exciting shoes for you to try-on & run the session in 👟

As the evenings get darker & motivation is harder to find, our friendly & free RunClub is here every Monday for when you need it… whether that’s every week or once in a blue moon 🩵

Here’s your Sunday message from Rob Jefferies 👇🏼

“ Down The Clock on the Grass at Tomorrow’s RunClub!

I hope you’ve all had an enjoyable weekend. I see it was another busy weekend for many of you, with Robin Hood, Golden Gates Gallop, plus events in the Lakes & Peaks. I hope you still have the energy to come and join us tomorrow!

We are once again going to carry out tomorrow’s session at Dale Road Playing Fields. So as the nights continue to draw in, I’d definitely recommend bringing your trail shoes and head torches 🔦

We’ll be doing two extended sets, with reps starting at 100s, then decreasing in length by 10s per rep, until the 9th and final rep of 20s.

The recovery between each rep will be half that of the previous rep. So, 50s recovery after the first rep, 45s rec after the 2nd rep, etc.

There will be 2mins rest at halfway.

Ryan and I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow at the shop at 6.50pm, ready to begin the warm up at 7pm 🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♀️”
