“ Reps will include the hill at tomorrow’s RunClub! 📣

Good afternoon RunClubbers! I hope you’ve all had a great weekend.

Tomorrow, to get you all prepared for the forthcoming and Hill Climb Challenge, all laps will include the hill on the top field!

Three sets, all totalling six minutes of effort:

Set 1: 8 x 45s, with 25s recovery between reps.

Set 2: 6 x 60s, with 30s recovery between reps.

Set 3: 4 x 90s, with 45s recovery between reps.

There’s 1min 30s rest between sets.

As always; everyone is welcome to come and join us and to run the reps at whatever intensity suits them best. Whether that’s flat out, or at a pace that allows you to have a chat while the rest of us work our socks off 🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♀️”

We’ll see you at the shop from 6:45pm, ready to begin the warm up at 7pm 💥
