We're all wishing Glenn the best of luck heading to the Run Archery series final at Harlequin Archers this weekend. Glenn is currently sitting third in the national rankings but with double points on offer at the final its all to play for still.

Brilliant to be learning other great life-skills! Thank you Belper District CFR Group for coming to see us and the excellent tuition!!

On 23rd June, we welcomed back 25 members of the StandTo Veteran Community for another great day of instruction, guidance and competition. So good to see familiar faces returning, and the group were on top form from the moment they arrived.

The sun cranked things up again too — another proper scorcher, sunscreen and shade breaks all round! Despite the heat, spirits stayed high, and it was brilliant to see how much everyone's progressed since their last visit.

Congratulations to member Glenn on another great performance at the latest Run Archery national series event. Double silvers in the sprint and 4k, though actually a very nice looking wooden medal this time.

This weekend top archers from the region decended on Bowmen of Glen for the East Midlands Archery society championship. Member Glenn was there representing his club and county shooting the challenging WA1440 90m round. In fine form once again winning bronze in the open recurve with an impressive score to boot.
Well done Glenn!

We held an American Round last weekend — 2.5 dozen arrows across 60/50/40yds — and what a fantastic day it was in those beautiful surroundings.

A massive congratulations to Neil, who took the win with an impressive 18-point margin! 🥇 An outstanding performance and a real statement result!

Neil, you are absolutely on fire this year — long may it continue! 🔥
