DERBYSHIRE RACKETS MARATHON!! 🙌

Across 18 consecutive hours, 31 tennis, padel and pickleball clubs came together from all corners of the county to for Cancer Research UK 😆

We’ve absolutely smashed our target and last year’s total, raising £7,313 - rising to an incredible £8,696 including Gift Aid! 🤯

Over 400 people took part across the county, with countless others supporting the marathon from afar

This really is a unique event, and seeing so many clubs come together across Derbyshire has been something pretty special. The marathon relies on the hard work and generosity of everyone involved, and Derbyshire’s clubs have once again shown what can be achieved when we work as one!

We’ll see you all again next year… 😉

DERBYSHIRE TENNIS CENTRE! 🎾🥒

The marathon came to Derbyshire Tennis Centre for the final few hours of the day! 🚗💨

We had pickleball, a padel Americano, an adults’ fun tennis tournament and an adults’ mini red tournament before bringing the marathon to a close at midnight. 🙌

A brilliant way to finish the day at our home club and for Cancer Research UK 💙🩷

18 hours, 31 tennis padel and pickleball clubs. WE DID IT!!! 😆
