Because it is underneath everything else. Running without falling over. Changing direction. Chasing a ball in the playground. Keeping up.

What happens in a class?

People ask what actually happens in a RAW class, so here it is.

Stations set up before you arrive. A warm-up that looks like a game. Circuits with a coach at each one. Skills broken down small enough that every child gets a win. A bit of free play. Then home, usually asleep in the car.

It is structured, but it never feels like a lesson.

🤸‍♀️ COACHES HAVING A GO! 🤸‍♀️

This week, Coach Beth and Coach Hannah had a go at some of the circuit movements our gymnasts have been working on! 💪✨

The challenge included:
⬅️ Backwards roll
🐰 Backwards bunny hops
💪 Wall walk
➡️ Forward roll
🙌 Tuck rock to stand!

Who gave these circuit movements a go this week? 👀👏

Alongside this, our gymnasts have been tackling rope climbs 🧗‍♀️ and focusing on vaulting! 🏃‍♀️💨

We love seeing our coaches getting involved too — showing that gymnastics is all about giving things a go, challenging yourself and having fun! 🦁💛
