If you are looking for a challenging yet thoroughly enjoyable pilates class, you cannot go wrong with Debbie Williams. She is an excellent teacher, who offers adaptations to suit every individual ensuring it's achievable for all. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her commitment and enthusiasm is infectious. Furthermore, Debbie is an energetic and friendly person who is welcoming and caring. She delivers top class results time after time. Within just a few weeks, I could feel the difference and continue to do so. After a class with Debbie, I feel longer and leaner and I have the best night's sleep. I highly recommend her to anyone of any age and ability.

I totally agree! I'm probably not the typical idea people have of a pilates teacher...the Northern sense of humour, gym gear from primark and not the most flexible! But we all find our tribe ❤️❤️

Resistance bands arrived and ready to use in classes again, not used since covid...just need to remember what to do with them!! 😂😂
