Having been to the Get Doncaster Moving Networking Event, it would have been rude not to avail ourselves of some of the free goodies. We are talking Yorkshire folk here!

So thank you Get Doncaster Moving for sponsoring our ‘Purple’ team at Thursday bowls. (We play with coloured lanyards so we know who is on who’s side).
It worked a treat, ‘cos the Purple team won both sets hands down!

The Keeping Active brochures were passed around during the break, perused, and discussed with regards to the health benefits of bowling.
And Adey was congratulated on his story that was covered in the Residents Story section.

Another lovely morning spent with a friendly sociable bunch. Lots of laughter, chat and banter.
And how many does it take to roll two mats up? They did a good job at any rate.

Apologies Alan. I know we were on the same team, but my woods seemed drawn to knocking yours off the mat! Sorry!
It was very quiet. I wonder who was missing?🤣😂

It seems like we have a 'collector' in our group 😀. We started out with 6 of each colour lanyards (for team colours) and we try at the end of each session to make sure they're all handed back in. But we're now down to 5 of each colour. Is someone collecting the full set?
We'll just have to buy another full set of each colour. It's that or coloured pencil on a placard round necks!
