Remember tomorrow is our last day for classes before Christmas.
The gym will be closed over Christmas and New Year.

Make sure you have the 7th Jan in your shiny new 2025 diaries as our date for returning to classes.

If you are thinking of ordering some of our clothing range as a Christmas present please remember you order has to be in before the 7th December.
Any orders received after this date we can't guarantee delivery in time to be ready for Santa.

CLOSED FROM 17TH TO 26TH NOVEMBER!
This is the rescheduled week we postponed from September while we waited for a house moving date.

There will be no changes to the fees as all holidays are calculated in the annual fees.

We're well into the swing of our own badge scheme now!
