As Natasha Bedinfield once said:

"Pocket full of sunshine"

With the sun shining, we had a great turn out with all courts being used, with some great play all around. Great coaching, keeping your opponent deep allowing you to build the point.

See yous all next week 🎾 🌞

Moving into our winter months we still saw a great turn out of new members, returners and a special guest as Top made an appearance who recently moved to Glasgow

We asked them:

1 word to describe the Deuces and their favourite tennis shot

See yous next week

Thank you to those who help support our club

Busy week for the Deueces. With our regular club sessions at both pickleball and tennis. With good numbers at pickleball and our usual drop off for outside tennis. However its still very active so come on down!

We were back in action in the winter league. Tough loss today losing both sets of matches against a tough young St Andrews uni team. Good news, we had John and Fergus make their league match debut for the club, very proud of them 👏

We also had Wes and fabian competing in the pickleball scotland Open this weekend.

What will next week bring 🎾

Singles Doubles vs Perth

It wasnt meant to be last night, as the team fell to Perth with a 1-5 loss. Overall some great tennis from all players but the Perth team were able to edge it out. Shout out to Marc who saved the Bagel picking up a singles win on straight sets. Only 2 more matches left of the season to go before winter league. It was to dark for a group picture so car selfie was best we got, smiles all around for some good performances despite the loss.
