📣World Mental Health Day! Sat, 10 Oct 2026

💭A recent study by Sport England has proven something that we know instinctively at SportsCool, that active children are happier children. Their study found that 76% of students felt that physical activity had a positive impact on their mood and that 70% of active students considered themselves to be happy.

On it is so important to remember that sport can help transform our mental health as well as our physical health. Why not get outside today, try something new, and see how you feel!
