We are looking forward to returning to Children's Corner - Pelton Community Centre this Wednesday evening for our Multi Sports sessions from 5-6pm

Did you know that this week is Mental Health Awareness Week?

Here at Sportscool Durham we know the importance of looking after our mental health and the benefits that exercise has on improving our bodies and mind. This is because keeping active and participating in sports is proven to have a positive impact on our mental wellbeing. For example:

🔵 Improves your energy levels

🔵 Enhances your mood

🔵 Increases your concentration

🔵 Helps you sleep better

We want to help as many people in our schools and communities to engage in sport to better their mental health, which is one of the many reasons why we do what we do.
