⚽ SPORTS COACH & BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT WORKER 🏫

All Stars Sport is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team.

This is a varied role combining sports coaching with behaviour and pastoral support, working with children and young people across schools and community settings.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
⚽ Delivering engaging PE and sports coaching sessions
🏫 Supporting pupils within primary and secondary schools
🤝 Providing 1-to-1 and small-group behaviour support
🧠 Helping young people improve confidence, engagement and wellbeing
🎯 Supporting pupils to develop positive behaviours and attitudes
🏆 Delivering extracurricular clubs and sporting programmes
☀️ Opportunities to work on our school holiday camps and community programmes

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
✅ Passionate about sport and working with young people
✅ Confident building positive relationships with children and teenagers
✅ Patient, approachable and a positive role model
✅ Reliable, professional and able to work as part of a team
✅ Comfortable working with young people who may display challenging behaviour
✅ Experienced in sports coaching, education, youth work or behaviour support

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• Sports coaching qualifications
• Experience working within schools
• Behaviour mentoring or youth-work experience
• First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport

📍 Location: Newcastle, Sunderland, Gateshead & surrounding areas
📅 Start: To be agreed
💷 Salary/Hours: Dependent on experience and availability

All appropriate safeguarding and safer-recruitment checks will be completed, including an Enhanced DBS check.
