📣 APPRENTICESHIP VACANCY – JOIN TEAM HOLMSIDE! 🐴

Holmside Hall Equestrian is looking for a dedicated apprentice to join our busy team at our BHS-approved livery yard and competition centre in Burnhope, County Durham.

This apprenticeship is for applicants aged 16–19 and is offered in conjunction with Northumberland College Equestrian Centre at Kirkley Hall, with Level 2 and Level 3 routes available. All training is provided on site.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, committed and a good team player. Some horse experience is essential, as we care for fit competition horses and need someone confident around them.

Duties will include general stable work and helping at clinics and competitions. Riding may be available, but is optional.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate. A trial period will be required.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Danielle Quigley Cutter, owner, manager and coach at Holmside Hall, was presented with her prestigious BHSI certificate yesterday.

The qualification was presented here at Holmside Hall by Rob Lovatt FBHS, making the occasion even more special.

Achieving her BHSI is a significant milestone and a tremendous accomplishment. It reflects Danielle’s dedication to her professional development and recognises her skill as an accomplished rider and coach.

It also celebrates her ability to support and train a wide range of clients while maintaining the highest standards of horse care and welfare.

Please join us in congratulating Danielle on this outstanding achievement! We couldn’t be prouder.

We’ve got a full weekend of show jumping coming up at Holmside Hall! 🤩

✨ Saturday — British Showjumping with Club, Junior and Senior classes.

✨ Sunday — Unaffiliated Show Jumping

Our BS Club classes are also a great step up from unaffiliated, giving riders the chance to progress into affiliated competition.
