Working on Nick’s footwork today was great to see face to face. And now over the next month or so, we have great information to work off of as we move forward in his training plan.
•
Communication between the athlete, personal trainer, physio and coach(es) within their sport is fundamental for developing their performance.
•
I’m committed to helping my athletes build and develop a team around them. This helps give them the best chance of playing at their best and improving at a sustainable rate, injury free.

Thank you all so much for your generosity donating to such a great cause.
A tough day for us all, battling the wind, rain, fog, some sort of trench foot and just absolute fatigue from 5am to 9pm.
Between 7 of us participating, we totalled 69 birdies, 4 eagles and one Hole in One!
A big thank you to Royal Eastbourne and their catering team, the food and refreshments were definitely required and very much appreciated.
Thank you to the team at Kilpac. Trolley battery changes and charging went so smoothly and made it easy for us between rounds.
