Ditch the Scales for 30 Days...
Day 01...
Many clients that come to me for support have had long term battles with the numbers on the scales.
Many find themselves in a cycle of making progress over the week, jumping on the scales, not seeing the weight they wanted and giving up, creating a negative cycle and relationship with food.

Ever heard the saying 'If It Fits My Macros'
Meaning as long as you're within your macro targets, you can eat what you like!
But it's more complex than that when it comes to fat loss...
1700 calories of junk food (McDonalds/KFC/Chocolate/Crisps etc) might feel great in the moment and satisfy a craving, but its likely to leave you feeling overly full immediately after, then hungry again a while later, which can then lead on to overeating over the course of the day...
1700 calories of nutritious, fresh foods will leave you feeling fuelled over the course of the day, meaning you are less likely to overeat AND feel satisfied in the process
Remember, it's your RESPONSES to your choices that matter most 💯
