❤️There’s nothing quite like finishing a long day and hours of swimming lessons, then jumping into a pool that’s completely yours. 🏊‍♂️

No people. No noise. No distractions. Just you, the water and your training. 💪🔥

Pure peace. Pure swimming. Absolutely priceless. 👌🏊‍♂️Lucas's Swimming AcademyLucas's Swimming Academy

From her first strokes to Junior Academy 🏊‍♀️🏅

We are incredibly proud of Zosia McDonald! ❤️

Zosia started her swimming journey with Lucas’s Swimming Academy when she was very young. I have had the pleasure of teaching her from the early stages of learning to swim, watching her confidence, technique and passion for swimming grow year after year.

After progressing through our swimming school, Zosia took the next step in her swimming journey by joining a swimming club — and now she has achieved another fantastic milestone.

🏅 Zosia has been selected for the East District Swimming Junior Academy for the 2026–2027 season!

This is part of the Scottish Swimming Development Programme, bringing together young swimmers for specialist coaching and development with experienced coaches from across Scotland.

Seeing a swimmer who started with us take these next steps is one of the most rewarding parts of being a swimming teacher and coach.

Zosia, we are extremely proud of you! 👏❤️
Your hard work, commitment and determination are paying off.

This is only the beginning… 🏊‍♀️✨

Congratulations, Zosia! Keep going, keep believing and keep enjoying the journey! 💪🏅
