WOMENS’ TEAM HEAD COACH

We are actively seeking expressions of interest for the role of Head Coach for our Women’s Team which competes in the SWFL East competition.

Ideally we would like to hear from coaches who have experience of working within the Women’s game at or around this level but we are open to discussions with any interested parties.

Closing Date is Tuesday 30th June at 5pm.

HCF Women are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed coach to lead our Community Women’s Team for the upcoming 26/27 season.

After a successful first season competing in the SWFL East League, we’re looking to build on that momentum and take the squad to the next level this year.

The role will involve leading training sessions and managing the team on matchdays.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about player development, can create a positive environment, and is keen to be part of a developing squad.

HCF Women | Final Game of 25/26 Season 🇳🇬⚽️

Yesterday was our final game of the SWFL East League season as we travelled to Leven to face Thornton Hibs, narrowly losing 5-3. Despite the result, the team showed real quality going forward with some good attacking football and well-worked goals.

This season has been about more than results. It’s been about building something for the community club and turning the idea of a women’s team into reality.

From our first open session with a handful of players to the squad we have now, the commitment, resilience and togetherness throughout the year has been excellent. We are proud of what’s been achieved in our first season.

Thanks to the squad and to head coach coach Sam for all their hard work this year. The progress has been clear to see both individually and as a collective and this is only the beginning as we look ahead to 26/27 💚

U’16s Girls Semi Finalists! 🇳🇬⚽️

A massive well done to our Community Club Girls U’16s Greens squad who secured their space in the Semi-Finals of their League Cup last night with a win over Murieston.

A hardworking and enjoyable performance from the girls secured their next match vs Bonnyrigg for the Semi Final, due to be played at the end of May.

Well done girls and coaches! 👏🏼

Sunday’s match saw the ladies squad face a tough match against Edinburgh South, the current league leaders.

The performance shown reflects similar of recent weeks with determination and resilience across the pitch. The improvement in both our scorelines and overall play across the season hasn’t gone unnoticed, with opposition squads recognising how far this team has come in a short space of time. Credit to the coaches and players for this 👏🏼.

It’s great to see the hard work on the training ground translating into strong performances on matchdays.

Yesterday’s SWFL East Fixture saw the ladies take a trip to Dunfermline to play Bayside Ladies FC.

HCF women came away with a 3-0 victory and our 3rd win of the season! It was a strong and confident performance in which we hope to build further on for the last few games of the season! Well done HCF Women!
