Fun was had by some of the lads and dads on the football pitch Saturday.
Sweaty, red faced but no injuries and all smiling.

That’s a wrap, another week behind us, and what a week it’s been! After so many gradings, students have moved onto new syllabus moves and Sensei Lewis has taken on the last 30 minutes of both nights teaching ground fighting skills.
