Junior Captains Day 2026

A great Day for Charlie Cairns Junior Captains Day. Kids of all ages competing in their respective sections and great to see so many parents, members and the junior convenors helping make the day so special.

Lots of happy faces before and after the competitions. Over 60 junior golfers participated in the 5 main competitions

An amazing day was had by everyone. A huge Thank you to everyone who made this possible, Junior Convenors Andy & Rita, Junior Captain Charlie’s family & a special thank you to our volunteers !!

‘Girls in Golf ‘ Seren Blair

A week of Open Golf at the club to celebrate 130 years of Enniskillen Golf Club. Running Sunday 20th to Friday 25th September and a variety of formats.

The club would like to thank all the sponsors of these days for their support. Visitors can make a booking to enter via the BRS app or by contacting the club.

A great turn out by the EGGS yesterday for Captain Phil McCarneys Day. Congratulations to Phil’s brother Owenie on winning the EGGS captains prize with a great score.

Congratulations to Jill, Dan and their team on their hard fought victory in Larne today against Crossgar GC!

Tomorrow sees the club host Charlie Cairns Junior Captains Day. The event sees Juniors compete in their various competition sections, with a barbecue and prize giving to follow.

The club would like to wish Charlie and all competing a great day and hopefully the weather holds up. Parents of those juniors that have not already registered please contact Andy or Rita on the numbers listed.

OPEN COMPETITIONS THIS WEEKEND

THE CLUB HOSTS BALCAS OPEN OPEN COMPETITIONS FROM SATURDAY TO MONDAY THIS WEEKEND.

Visitors are eligible to compete and can contact the club or book via the BRS app.

The club would like to extend its gratitude to Balcas for their continued support of club competitions.

Presidents Day 2026

Another busy day at the club for President David’s Day. Great to see so many Ladies and Gents competing and the course proved a fair if tricky test to those participating.

An evening of dining, dancing and prizegiving followed with President David addressing his guests and presenting prizes to the winners.

Congratulations to Deirdre on her victory and to all the other winners.

This morning the EGGS played for the Jim Browne Trophy. The winner after 9 holes with 25 points was Patsy McCarney.

The trophy was presented by the wife of the late Jim, Anne Browne. A good turnout by the members, remembering our late colleague Jim.

🚨 🔔 JUNIORS 🔔 🚨

This Friday sees the club host Junior Captain Charlie Cairns Day. A great turnout is expected and it all kicks off at 11.30am!

18, 9 and 6 hole competitions for various age ranges as well as putting competitions and a day of fun for all the juniors. Barbecue and prize giving follows the conclusion of the competitions.

Presidents Day on Saturday and the course is in magnificent shape for President David’s Day. The course is now closed as the greens keepers and volunteers put the finishing touches to their preparations for tomorrow’s competitions.

Wishing everyone a great round and as always the club would like to wish President David favourable weather and a thoroughly enjoyable day.
